Laura completed an undergraduate degree in Physics with first-class honours at the University of Bremen and completed an M.Phil. in Computational Biology at the University of Cambridge. She carried out her master's research project at the Samarajiwa lab, applying machine learning and deep learning to understand the epigenomic regulation. She is developing integrative deep learning approaches to understand gene and genome regulation.
